Nokstop MR(derust and rust protector) is classified into MR-700(rust remover). MR-800(derust and rust protector), MR-900(rust blocker), and can be used according to the characteristic of the product.

MR-700(Rust Remover)

MR-700 is a rust remover which is a specially designed liquid chemical which is safer and more efficient than the existing inorganic acid that can remove rust and dissolve the oxidized layer of the metal without corrosion.

Before treatment

• MR-700 does not require special preprocessing before application.
  
• Thin oil films can be removed by the MR-700 but high viscosity grease types must be removed beforehand.
• Can be applied to all metals with carbon steel as the main component.

Application field

• The standard usage amount is 7-10��L(when applying), but may differ according to the amount of rust.
  
• Can be used as the undiluted solution or by diluting up to 50% by adding water according to the amount of rust and operation.
  
• The application methods of the product are deposition, applying, and spraying.
  
• The treatment time is normally 15 minutes, and by that time all the rust is removed from the metal. The applied product may be damaged after two hours, so the rust must be removed before two hours of application.

After treatment

• After treatment is finished, remove the leftover MR-700 on the applied product and wash with water or apply oil on it.
  
• Apply corrosion inhibition oil for continuous corrosion inhibition.

Treatment method and suggestions

• The treatment time can be reduced when done in room temperature.
  
• Avoid direct ray of light and store in room temperature.
  
• Ventilate when using in closed room.
  
• Heavy metals are not included in the components.
  
• The product is noninflammable and nonexplosive.

MR-800(Derust & Rust Protector)

MR-800 can be used simply with a cloth or spray without the complications of existing rust removers, and is a safe room temperature steel derust and rust protector that removes the oxidized steel and rust due to chemical reactions by evenly penetrating the surface of the various coated steel metals and even the detailed holes of the interior. Simultaneously, it forms a phosphoric acid film on the metal surface, so the MR-800 is a highly functional product that can perform the three functions of rust removal, rust protection, and paint and concrete primer. Especially, the formed film combines closely with the metal, so it increases the coating and adhesion during concrete or paint operation.

Using method and suggestions

• In the case of protective and severe rust, the reaction time and treatment time can be
  reduced if the upper part is brushed once or MR-800 is applied once and the applied liquid is removed, and then applied again.
  
• A by-product of a white salt form can form if another liquid is mixed before the MR-800
  reaction is complete. In this case, reapply the MR-800 and the protective film will form again.
• MR-800 must used undiluted and is not affected by rubber or other plastics.
  
• The standard amount of usage if 7-10m2/L (when applying) according to the amount of
  rust.
